Which course should I pursue in order to become a game designer: BCA+MCA or B.Sc? Which will help to get a good job with a wealthy income?

Wealthy income is possible if you can create something which is not available yet but in demand like most of the startups do. To be a game designer, you need to be good in programming and coding so BCA or B.Sc Computer Science is good.
