Which course should I pursue in order to get better job prospects?

I have done my PGDBM (2 years full time) course from ISMS, Pune and currently working as a development officer in LIC but I am not satisfied with my job and work profile.

You have already done MBA and working under sales profile which is not so lucrative for you. So my advice would be join a course into projects management and business intelligence from SimpliLearn via Online Mode, you will get better paying interesting jobs.
