    Hi Yashpal, to answer this question one really need to know the questioner well. One select design or art filed based on interest not scope. You may have seen recent trending video of 'The roadside ustaad' of Sony Nigam where he says that music is a rare knowledge that not many receive. I think it's similar in the field in the field of design and art. An Institute can only provide you resources in terms of peer, energy of the campus life, master faculty, workshops and platform to present your talent and get recognized. You should apply for Bachelor of Design from Anant National University as it is one of the top design colleges in India.
