Which course should I pursue in the USA, Masters in software engineering or CSE?
Is it a good choice to pursue Masters in software engineering in the USA? Do both the courses have the same job opportunities in the USA?

CSE would be a wider option for you though software is a part of computer science and will not be so vast. CS would be more suited if looking for thesis or research. Software engineering will be more suited for job opportunities.
