Which course should I pursue: MBA or B.Tech?

I have done B.Sc and I have 10 years of experience in operations field in a fertiliser plant.

    Sir since, you already have 10 years of experience then the better option would be to go with MBA as it will give you a career growth. B.Tech will give you only technical knowledge which you already have as you are working in operations field. By pursuing MBA, your qualification and knowledge will upgrade for a better career growth. You can also pursue Executive MBA for better opportunities and save time.
