Which course should I pursue, MBA or PGDM in business entrepreneurship from EDI or MBA or PGDM in general management from MITSOB?

Which of the above colleges is better in terms of exposure and opportunities in India as well as abroad. Which one of them will give me equal opportunities for job as well as for a new start-up. I have done B.E in mechanical engineering. I have few months experience in marketing.
