Which course should I pursue now after completing my 12th this year with 63% marks (science)?

    If you are a PCM student then you can go for B.Sc in IT as it has a lot of scope.
    If you are a PCB student then you can do B.Sc in microbiology or biotechnology as there is a lot of scope for both the courses besides this if you are interested in something in the medical field, you can go ahead with physiotherapy or pharmacy.

    Why don't you give entrance exams? Or, you can even take take admission for B.Sc course.

    I suggest you to go through CA along with B.Com. Or else, you can just do graduation in any field and thereafter, appear for UPSC exam. Most of higher level officers had Science in class 12th.
