Which course should I pursue other than MBA, M.Sc and M.Tech after completing B.Tech?

M.Tech and M.Sc. Are highly technical and MBA is highly managerial. You have another alternative of Masters in USA in any area of interest which you have really good skillset and aptitude.

You should go for M.Tech, as you are already in the same field. So, you'll be more enhanced in your skills.

Hi Shiva, If you are interested in higher studies or research in the same stream, then you may go for M.Sc. Else, B.Ed would be a good option. You should have 55% marks in B.Tech/BE for higher studies. I am enlisting a few good colleges for M.Tech IITs, NITs, University of Mumbai, Lovely Profession
