Which course should I pursue?
I am interested in BMS and BBI. I have scored 85% in my class 12th from commerce stream.

You should take a decision regarding the course keeping in mind your aptitude,interest ans career aspiration. BMS is a generic course and will post graduation you need to pursue a specialisation where as BBI is a specialised course & post its completion you may be required to pursue further studies in related subjects itself.
