Which course should I pursue?
I have completed B.Com. Now, I am pursuing MBA in finance. I have got the job of service desk agent in an IT firm.

Since you are working on the service desk, I would suggest you to pursue MBA in operations/CRM/marketing as this would directly help you in your present role.
