Which course should I pursue through distance?
I am working as a recruitment manager. I have not done MBA.

Dear,
As per your query you can think of MBA programme and specialisation you can opt HR. Even you can think of Master of psychology with this programme because through that you would understand the human behaviour and their reaction in a better way.
