Which course should I pursue to avail better career prospects?
I have 12 years of experience as the IT Project Manager. Now, I am waiting for my promotion. I want to become the CTO. I have done B.Sc in computer application.

You should pursue MCA through distance mode (2 years) as it is the basic and minimum qualification for the same.

If you have studied B.Sc. CA as single major (not as a third subject), you are eligible for 2yrs. MCA.
M.Sc is non-professional course and so not treated as equivalent to MCA.
For easy study methods (no assignments) you may consider taking admission in South Indian universities like Annamalai, Madu
