    There are various ways you can learn Cyber Security. There are videos available online, there are many certifications and training institutes which can help you learn cyber security.     Hello, It will take some time to become an expert. Expertise will come with experience and your dedication to learning and the ability to adapt to newer technology. If you already have a prior experience in cyber security then gaining advanced skills will be easier. Enrolling for some kind of training will be helpful. There are various colleges, Institutes which provides training in cyber security.     CEH and equivalent like CPTE are the basic courses that give you an understanding about the cyber security, and there are some advance course as well that teach you to follow the standard. But, more or less they teach the same thing, I recommend you to take one but I also recommend you to take some crash classes for free. For example:
    Cyber security and hacking training
    Introduction to file encryption
    Web application penetration testing using Burpsuite
    And there are many.
