Which course should I pursue to become a stock broker?

An intermediary activity which helps in the purchase and selling of stocks or other securities is called stock broking. Professionals of this field are called as stock brokers. The main task of a stock broker is to buy and sell shares by way of the market markers or other agencies in the stead of investors. There are many certificate as well as Diploma courses available in the stock broking field. Various stock broking courses offered in India: 1. Post graduate Diploma in capital market and financial services. 2. Post graduate Diploma in fundamentals of capital market development. 3. Chartered Financial Analyst Equity Research. Eligibility criteria for stock broking course: The fundamental qualification that is needed by a person to become a stock broker is a graduate degree. They also need a minimum of 2 years of experience. To become a sub-broker, the aspirants need to complete their HSC education. Entrance exams: To qualify as a stock broker, students will require to register themselves with the stock exchange. To become a member, the aspirants must appear for an admission test and clear it successfully. Subsequently, aspirants will have to undertake training for a certain period.
