Which course should I pursue to become a structural engineer?
Is there any particular course to study other than civil engineering?

Yup are advised to do BTech Civil Engineering and then MTech in Structural Engineering. You may target IIT Roorkee for same.

like after diploma in civil

In Abroad the universities are offering as MSc. Structural Engineering. UK it is one year masters degree.
