For becoming the principal of a senior school, one needs to be postgraduate, Masters or Ph.D. Along with this, one needs to have experience of running a middle and seniors school. One should have been able to manage the school discipline, building a good team by showing good leadership qualities in growing the organization. A person should also have been able to maintain the good academic record and good discipline along with the reputation of the school and in all other co-curricular areas.

Hello,
There are no courses available for direct enrollment into the job role of a principal of a senior secondary school. You can pursue M.Sc along with B.Ed to become a teacher in a senior secondary school. Then onwards, your experience along with your skill set will count for your further promotions in the school depending on the hierarchy.
I hope it helps. If you have any further questions, kindly revert.
