    You should pursue Android development. If you want to learn Android app development then you should have the knowledge of Java language. You need to use Android Studio IDE for developing apps.

    To be able to develop apps, you don't need to pursue any graduation course. You can take online courses or learn mobile application development from offline institutes too.
