Which course should I pursue to get a good job and high salary package, BBA, BCA or B.Com?

I completed my class 12th with CS. I scored 70% in HSC. I want to pursue MBA after completing UG.

As your target is MBA, you may choose between BBA and B.Com. If you want to have career in Finance after MBA then B.Com is a preferred degree. If you are not sure about management function in which you want to work, then you may opt for BBA.
