After completing B.Tech, you can go for MBA or M.Tech to get growth in your career. There are many top colleges for MBA like:
    1. IIMs.
    2. FMS.
    3. XLRI.
    4. MDI.
    5. JBIMS.
    6. SPJIMR.
    7. IIFT, etc.
To get admission in these colleges, you have to appear for an entrance exam like CAT, XAT, IIFT, MAT, NMAT or SNAP and get a good percentile with an impressive Wat/ PI.

MBA can be good option, if you want management roles and senior positions in corporate sector. You can equally go for Masters in USA to pursue electronic and embedded systems.
