Which course should I pursue to get better career prospects, B.Sc or B.Tech?
I don't know where my interest lies. I want to support my family.

Don't go for B.Tech as today B.Tech is just a money making process for most of the colleges. After spending 4 years, you get nothing. If you want a job then do a job oriented course with SIPL training institute, they will ask you 12000 Rs but only pay 10k to them, you can choose other institutes too., according to your choice or simply do B.Sc. It is cost effective. I am saying this because I am a technical graduate and I faced the real problems after B.Tech.
