Which course should I pursue to get good career growth?

I completed B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry & Maths) in 2006 and joined MNC BPO as voice advisor and I have been with the same company for past 12 years. I have Diploma in business management from ICFAI. I didn't pursue MBA due to the lengthy syllabus. I am working as a project manager.

There is nothing as such that, if you pursue a particular course then only you will do well in future or your career will grow. If you do something that you are interested in then you will like your work and you will be willing to do it and hence you will succeed automatically. In many cases people
