Which course should I pursue to get into direction field after +2? I want to direct music videos.

I am currently in 12th standard with medical stream.

    The most easiest way is to go for a UG course in mass communication if you want to get into the field of film direction. Moreover, there are other specific making UG courses that you can pursue for the same.
