Which course should I pursue to get job opportunities in Singapore?

I have 6 months experience in india.my father is settled in singapore so i want to settle over there.i need guidance hw i can get job over there.which course should i do.is diploma a good option or i should do something else.what is prodecure for the same? 69% in mba finance
