You will be able to fulfill the eligibility criteria to join public sector banks as a probationary officer and clerical services examinations with a BA degree. You can also evaluate MBA in finance to join private sector banks.
There are lot of B-schools offering one year PG Diploma in banking, which can help your chances of employment in banking sector. Some private banks runs specialist courses in collaboration with B-schools for their needs, you can join such courses.
