Which course should I pursue to make career in Management field?

Currently I am in technical field but I do not want to continue in the same field. I want to switch to management while continuing with my job.

    Dear Abhay, most of the students go for Management Program to enhance there knowledge its give you the hike in your salary as well and Most of the companies in the management college look for the students from the technical background, if you have some experience then the training expenditure is less.
