Which course should I pursue to make my career in the teaching field, B.Ed or M.Sc?
I have done B.Tech in chemical engineering.

As you pursued B.Tech in Chemical Science. My advice is to choose M.Sc. To become a lecturer of Chemical Sciences. You should prefer M.Sc, and then you can go for PhD.
