Which course should I take: B.Tech compute science or B.Tech computer science powered by TCS?

Depends on you. If you want to go for specialisation courses, that's good too. But these courses deal with study on an outer and focused level. Doing Non-Specialisation degree focuses on overall development of languages as well as on a hardware level if you take IT into consideration.
