Will his previous work experience count? My friend has 6 years of experience in the mutual fund industry as RM. He doesn't have regular graduation or MBA.

Candidate will face challenges in changing his field to IT in the area of technology because of lack of IT qualifications and experience. If he takes sales & marketing job in IT, some of his experience may be counted as relevant.
