    Dear,
    It is entirely dependent on individual's interest. Both of them are valued. If a person with academic interest would like to make a career in education domain, you should go for M.Sc. in CS. Having interest in professional domain and like to choose S/W engineering, definitely finds prospect in MCA.

    Dear Pugazh,
    Both are good courses after doing B.Sc in computer science. If you have interest in teaching, you should choose M.Sc in post-graduation course. Otherwise, if you want to do a job, then you should take MCA.
