MBA in IT is a good course to pursue and it offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
MBA IT can open up positions like System Analyst, Technical Systems Manager, Technical Consultant, and Business Development Manager - all the way upto the position of the Chief Informat

Please remember both the course you mentioned are two different course and as per your profile you are eligible to pursue both the course.So you may pursue any of these as per your interest and liking.
However as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for furth
