Which course to opt for B.Sc. in Christ University - biotechnology or life Science? Which one is easier to study?

I always have a dream to go in research field, but coming from lower class family, getting a job with a handsome CTC is also important. Biotech has good job opportunities. But in Christ, the fees is a little higher than B.Sc life science. Should I compromise and leave the dream to get in Christ?
