An MBA level course of finance and accounts will be useful for your career. DO a proper masters from a University.

Hi, in view of your work experience, you could pursue an Executive MBA in Finance to provide the required boast to your career. Now many reputed B-schools offer AICTE approved Executive MBA, so depending your present location of work you could chose an appropriate institute offering weekend module. Such institutes also help the candidates with lateral placements on the successful completion of course. you should appear for CAt/MAT/ATMA/CMAT for seeking admission
Other option could be Distance learning through an national or state level open university like IGNOU New Delhi, Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, Dr. BR Ambedkar
    ...more
