    Hello,
Yes, MS in India is the best, as you had already gone through your BDS course here, for abroad consideration you need to know, that there's no MS abroad, there's it's Known as MS or any other fellowship.
    Good luck.

For persuing master in abroad you should have minimum two years of experience. So you can pursue masters in India or you can practice here in India and gain experience then go for abroad to pursue masters.

Any country you go you have to get registered in that country dental council before you work as Dentist. The procedure is different for each country and you have to have IELTS 7 band in all components. You also require minimum two years experience to get admission for MDS.
If you plan to study abroad you immediately to that country through a non clinical program. while studying you can clear all necessary exams to register as dentist get yourselves eligible to work as dentist first. after registration it is easy to get admission and you can also work and meet your cost.

Pursuing MDS in India would be better, you can practice it abroad.
