After completing BSc in IT you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, MSc etc)
However as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for further studies.

If you have strong background of computers (hardware, networking, software development as a part of previous B.Sc. course) then M.B.A (I.T) will be helpful. Otherwise M.C.A will help to build strong technical knowledge of I.T after which M.B.A (I.T or H.R) will be better.
