Which course to pursue after post graduation in logistics management?
i\'m a post graduate in logistics management & after my post grads. i have a 2 years experience in hard core IT recruitments. Hi, You have a qualification in logistics and experience in recruitments. To move to a development role in IT you will need to upgrade your qualifications. Else you can check out options in the HR function of telecom firms or project management. You can also consider Business analysis as an option.

Programming would have been better provided you had a good knowledge of development earlier, I think Project management or telecoms management are the best options available with you.Both are on a boom and offer great career scopes.
