Don't go for LL.B. Better go for MBA finance, it will give more job opportunities. It has least job opportunities. I prefer MBA, because even if you failed to complete CS the knowledge you will have in Taxation, SEBI, Accounts will help you to get good jobs if you take MBA in finance. Same thing has happened with me and now I am working for good firm.

Along with CS you should pursue LLB as it will enhance your legal compliance knowledge as well. Most company compliance officers also handle additional responsibility of legal, so an LLB will add a lot of value to your professional profile.

    Hi Adit,
With CS, LLB is the most recognised combo.
As company secretary handles majority the legal and secretarial compliances, LLB gives an edge and command over various other laws.
MBA finance is much more apt with finance courses, CA or CMA. However, MBA finance is good even with CS, and will be helpful if you are interested in finance background.
The decision should be also based seeing the time you have. LLB will take more time to complete when compared to MBA finance.
    Check about your interests.
