I suppose you want to ask how to get into an engineering college. So for that you need to take JEE, bitsat, Manipal, and other entrance exams. The forns are generally available from Nov-March. Prepare well for these and give a shot.

It depends on your career goals. If you want to make your career in accounts or want to become professional you can do either CA CMA or CS or LLB, if you want to explore finance or investment field then opt for CFA FRM CFP or MBA from a well known institute which will give a good shape to your career.

It depends on where you would like to see yourself after the completion of the course. If your were PCM for your +2, then a B Tech/BE is the most preferred choice. B Sc, BBA, BCA are also preferred by many. If your ultimate aim is Civil Services then any degree will do. If you were PCB for your +2 then MBBS stands to be the most preferred option with BDS, BAMS, BHMS, B Sc Nursing, Diary Sciences or Agriculture to follow. Home Science, Nutrition and Dietectics etc. will help you become a nutritionist. If you were commerce stream for your +2, then B Com, BCA, BA, BBA etc are the preferred options.

This is completely based on your interest and subject preferences if you are interested in business studies or management than you can go for doing BBA and if you are interested in gaining technically knowledge, then you can go for B.Tech.

It totally depends on your interest. What you want to do? In which you are good and can work harder. B.Com is very general and common study. B.Tech - if you are keen to do some technical work
Accounting and Commerce - Do you like to make accounts and want to do calculation? Engineering - Want to be? Nobody can guide you until you decide on your own that on which path you want to go. Please think and choose. All the best.
