It depends on where you would like to see yourself after the completion of the course. If your were PCM for your +2, then a B Tech/BE is the most preferred choice. I suppose you want to ask how to get into an engineering college. So for that you need to take JEE, bitsat, Manipal, and other entrance exams. The forns are generally available from Nov-March. Prepare well for these and give a shot.
