You have to for mastre degree in same subject and after that NET qulify is neccasty today for a lecturer job and make secure future in Lectrership you have to go for doctaret degree in same subhject after master degree

To become a lecturer in Economics, one must have to pursue postgraduation with the minimum of 55%. After pursuing postgraduation you should apply for the UGC NET Exam which is conducted by National Testing Agency. You have to get a good PG in Economics, with 55+ in your qualfying Degree and then qualify yourself in NET of UGC AND FOR THIS , YOU MAY HAVE TO DO SOME VIGOROUS WORK for 3-4 YEARS at a stretch and subsequently you will realize your ambition.
