You are a Psychology Graduate. So, I you want be in your domain of Psychology then M.A. (Org. Behaviour) will have logic to move a head so that Industrial counselling can be taken up.
If you want to explore HR Domain in corporate then MBA (HR) can help you out.

If you have already done leadership seed cultivation process training from institute like Daivatma Angels or equivalent then go for MBA in event management. It is an ultimate combination.
