Which course to pursue for better career prospects: MBA or MCA?
I have done Diploma in Computer Science after 10th. I have 11 years of work experience.

Please remember both the course you mentioned are two different course and both offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
As per your query it seems that you have not done graduation, so you are not eligible for admission in MBA program.

Hi,
Both MBA & MCA are highly lucrative courses. MCA is advisable for a CS student as that increases the employment chances. After gaining reasonable experience, one can plan Executive MBA which is meant for working professionals.
