Which course to pursue for better career prospects: MS in Computer science, MIS or MS in ECE?
I wish to pursue masters degree from Germany. I did B.Tech in ECE in 2009. I have 4 plus years of work experience in IT industry.

You can study any course of your choice. As you have work experience related to IT, Even you can get admission in IT.
