Which course to pursue for better career prospects: PG Diploma in Operations Management or Executive MBA in Operation?

I want to pursue correspondence course in operations. I have done BE from Mumbai University in 2008. Currently I am working in a manufacturing company. I am having work experience of around 3 years.
