As per your profile since you are currently working so pursuing distance MBA would be the best option for you as by pursuing this course you may easily maintain balance between your job and studies.

If you want a cure job then you ahve to go for some executive degree like MBA and try to not stay at same company not more than 2-3 year change to a good company
