You can go for Mtech or MBA if you like to go for MBA then there is exam like CTA/MAT/XAT/SNAP

Harikesh if we talk of exam or course good for you you should go for MBA as you already have experience. What you can do it go for MBA through distance mode so that it adds on to your profile.
