My brother has done B.A and ITI (Electricals), He has 1 year experience in BHEL and 1.5yrs of experience in TATA Motors.

Deepak tell your brother to go for MBA. It will add to his profile and will help him in getting a good job. If he is not working then he can go for a regular MBA and in case he is still working then he can go for MBA through distance mode.
