    Hi Anil,
Banking is one of the most sought after career choice among the students. It is an entry into a well paid, secure and status career. You can enter this profession through MBA in Banking/Finance,
Otherwise, I would suggest you to either sit for the Bank PO exams or pursue Diploma in Banking segment such as-
    Investment Banking
    Financial Planning and Wealth Management
    Retail Management
    Banking Operations
You can also enhance your career by picking industry oriented courses such as SAP (Financials and Controlling Module) or additional certifications offered by National Stock Exchange Certification in Financial Markets.

For Banking career, the academic requirements are very much general and they are required for many other jobs also. From an early childhood, Parents should think of the children's proficiency of Math and English and an analytical kind of thinking and they are required for many jobs.
