MBA or Interior design courses can be done even if you are not from a civil engineering field. You have pursed your Bachelors from a specialisation (civil) which is very unique. Why are you looking for nontechnical courses. You can pursue Construction Management courses where you have lot of job opportunities and also construction management field is very interesting.
