IF you have got an aptitude for engineering , you can always go for B.Tech in your chosen field. Thereafter, pursue a MAsters degree in your specialisaed field, and carry on for a Ph.D.

Hi,
The best option for you is to pursue a Doctorate (PhD). Traditionally, the most preferred jobs for PhD's have been industrial R&D Labs, university positions, and start-ups.
Now to reach this high-end qualification, you need to pick a bachelors degree followed by a masters and further taking it

Hi,
Please let us know in detail which stream you have in 12th for better advice, however if you have science stream in that case you may opt for B.Tech, once it is done then you may opt for M.Tech and Phd subsequently to make career in the field of research.
