Which course to take in B.Tech? I am interested in physics.

If you like physics, then I will recommend to take B.Sc. There is nothing special about B.Tech. B.Sc. Is also a good field.

If you want go in research field with physics, then you should go for B.Sc. With physics after that complete M.Sc. In physics or M. s from abroad. You can complete your Ph.D. in Physics as well.
