Which course will be best after M.Tech? I want to settle in Canada. I have completed M.Tech with 70% marks.

You have got really good marks in M.Tech. Congratulations. I feel the best course of action is to take admission for research in one if the Canadian colleges and then look for job. Then only you can get opportunities to settle in Canada.
